51 hours per quarter, inclusive of 5 flex hours that can be used for tasks such as organizational support (e.g. setting up the organization on Benevity), staff/board training, function-related communications support, etc., that are not included in initial responsibilities.
Clients may request additional work on a quarterly basis for an added fee, up to a specified limit, after which an upgrade to the next pricing tier will be required.
Pricing for this tier is at $5,100 per quarter, plus HST.

Expanded support to strengthen your fundraising. For organizations ready to increase capacity and consistency across their fundraising work. This tier includes management and coordination across two areas of fund development, helping ensure efforts are aligned and moving forward strategically.
Includes management of two fundraising functions, such as:
- Database/CRM and Monthly Giving Mechanics
- Donor Stewardship & Direct Mail
- Grant Portfolio and Prospect Research
93 hours per quarter, inclusive of 5 flex hours that can be used for tasks such as organizational support (e.g. setting up the organization on Benevity), staff/board training, responsibility-related communications support, etc., that are not included in initial responsibilities.
Clients may request additional work on a quarterly basis for an added fee, up to a specified limit, after which an upgrade to the next pricing tier will be required.
Pricing for this tier is at $9,300 per quarter, plus HST.
Bloom
Embedded support to achieve the organization’s full fundraising potential. This tier provides comprehensive operational support across three areas of fund development, allowing your organization to scale fundraising while maintaining strong systems and donor relationships.
Includes management of three fundraising functions, such as:
- Database/CRM, Donor Stewardship, Monthly Giving mechanics
- Major Donors, Planned Giving, Direct Mail
- Grant Portfolio, Prospect Research, Corporate Sponsorship
135 hours per quarter, inclusive of 5 flex hours that can be used for tasks such as organizational support (e.g. setting up the organization on Benevity), staff/board training, responsibility-related communications support, etc., that are not included in initial responsibilities.
Clients may request additional work on a quarterly basis for an added fee, depending on capacity of the consultant to deliver.
Pricing for this tier is at $13,500 per quarter, plus HST.
